In-Tank Fuel Pump Installation Kit, withTop Plate Kit

  
This kit was originally designed to allow installation of an in-tank electrical fuel pump into our Toyota Landcruiser fuel cell for fuel injected engine applications, BUT the kit is very generic and can be used in almost any fuel tank application. We assemble this kit specifically for our 10 deep fuel tank, BUT the kit will fit any depth tank merely by shortening or lengthening the steel drop bracket, which is something we can do for you (give depth of tank, we will supply slightly shorter to prevent binding inside tank). A larger cup won't fit through our top bolt ring. Steel strap (drop bracket) from top fitting to bottom cup, with flat head screws for attaching strap to cup.

Two top 6AN bulkhead fittings, 90 degree elbows. Two top 6AN nuts, brass hose barbs, and o-rings. Two pair of top bulkhead electrical studs with nylon insulators bushings for our 1/4 thick top aluminum plate.

12 inches of 3/8 I. Fuel hose, trim to length for pick-up and return lines.

3 hose clamps and 1 hose loop (loop holds return hose inside bottom cup). 1/4 inch thick aluminum top plate (6 1/2" by 3 3/4"), bolt ring, gasket, and 8 mounting screws. NOTE: Installer to use "top bolt ring" as pattern for drilling bolt pattern and cut-out area into their non-Toyota Landcruiser rear fuel cell (our tank).
